Enthusiasm, What Do You Get Excited About?
Praise The Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in the heavens of His power! Psalm 150:1
Many people get very excited about sports.
Watching their favorite game, athlete, or team win can cause them to jump, scream, and in other ways show their joy enthusiastically. I have sat in bleachers and heard fans clap loudly, cheer, blow trumpets and display their happiness.
It is easy to be caught up in the enthusiasm of a crowd at a game. I have seen people dance and sing with pleasure when they anticipate a win.
After a win car horns may honk, people may scream, or dance and there is a festive mood of enjoyment in the air. The fans of the winner are smiling and letting their joyfulness be known to all!
Exuberant praise has been felt and displayed.
Many children are eager for Christmas day to come. They are excited and show exuberant praise while they count down the days in anticipation of the gifts under the Christmas tree.
They sing songs. of religious as well as secular music at this time of year. They sing in the church children’s choir and participate in the manger story children’s program.
They enthusiastically meet Santa Claus and cheer for Rudolph. They show smiling faces to all are around them.
