Pam’s recipe reminded me of my broccoli salad recipe.
Fry three strips of bacon. Refrigerate them for later.
Cut up three stalks of broccoli. (adjust as wanted) add 3 cut up scallions (no more) cube at least a cup of checdar cheese. Mix in bowl. layer on top the sauce of 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cider vinegar. You can adjust proportions as you see fit. Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight. To serve toss broccoli mixture In the bowl and add the bacon crumbled on the top. Hope you will enjoy!!
