There seems to be more than one short form publication here on Medium. The shortform publication accepted me as a writer but I know Orange Journal Publishing accepts short form. I have seen various other short-form publications. One publication had a lot of rules to follow for acceptance but I did not ask to write for that short form publication. Hope you can find what you are looking for. I attempted the challenge of writing such a short passage just for fun.
