New Thoughts
“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things.” Philippians 4;8

I truly enjoy new thoughts. Things I have never thought of before which are presented to me bring me much joy. A twist on a familiar story makes me smile.
I believe God gave us thinking minds for our enjoyment. God tells us to rejoice and thinking a new thought brings me pleasure and I do rejoice in it!
God tells us to be mindful of what we think about. He tells us to think about what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy. Those are thoughts of things above or spiritual thoughts not earthly thoughts.
New thoughts on things that are above bring me happiness! Thinking about things above with a new twist on them can bring the truth that the Holy Spirit can use to enlighten my mind.
